Sizing gone wrong

A sandal that runs short is a sandal you never wear. If the pair that arrived is not the one, here is the honest order of operations.

The return itself

It goes back through our retail partner, from the order in your account there. They set the window, the condition rules and how the parcel travels. We are not in that loop and cannot open, speed up or authorize anything in it. A pair posted to our street address is not logged as a return by anyone.

Getting the size right the second time

  • Measure the foot in the evening, standing, on paper. Feet spread through the day and a sandal is worn at the end of it.
  • Between two sizes, take the larger one in a thong and the smaller in a closed slipper.
  • Within one listing, every colorway sits on the same last. A size that worked in black works in the rest.
  • A footbed with a shaped arch feels different for the first few wears. It is the arch you are noticing, not the length.

When it is us, not the size

A seam that gave way early, a strap that came apart, a shade nothing like the photo: write to [email protected] with the model name and a photo. That is a fault in something we made, and we want to know about it even though the parcel still travels through the partner.
