What we cannot

We do not take payments, hold stock or move parcels. Anything tied to a placed order, whether that is where it is, changing an address or sending it back, lives in the account you ordered with, and our retail partner answers it far faster than we could relay it.

The postal address

That is a desk where letters and paperwork arrive. It is worth saying plainly what it is not: there is no counter, nothing to try on, and no one there to take a parcel back. A pair posted to this street will not be logged as a return.
