We design and make the shoes. Getting them to a doorstep is done by our retail partner, who holds the stock and runs the packing.

How it works from your side

   Use the catalog, or answer three questions in the finder if you are between lines.

2. Follow the button

   It opens that exact model on the partner listing, where the sizes and shades in stock are shown live.

3. Check out there

   Payment options, delivery choices and the date you are quoted all belong to that page.

Where the tracking lives

In the order history of the account you checked out with. We have no view into it, so an email to us about a parcel has to be forwarded anyway and only loses you a day.

Two honest caveats

• Delivery windows, carriers and any cost are set by the partner and can differ by address. We do not quote them here, because we would be guessing.
• A shade shown on this site can be out of stock in your size on any given day. The listing is the live view; this page is the catalog.
